$ whoami
I build products — and the teams that ship them.
- I turn caffeine into software. The teams part came free.
- Full-stack means the bug can be anywhere. I find it.
- I've deleted more code than I've written. Proudly.
- "Temporary fix" — the funniest joke in software.
- I don't deploy on Fridays. I'm not a monster.
- My first language was "C". My first love was Ctrl+Z.
- I make "impossible" sound like a sprint task.
- Dhaka-based, globally deployed.
- I debug best with music on.
- Half my job is code. The other half is asking "but does it scale?"
- My git blame history is a personal growth documentary.
- Yes, I still write code. No, you can't see my 2017 commits.
I'm Rathik — I run engineering at CODECONY, which means half my job is building products and the other half is convincing developers that naming things matters. I ship fast, delete code with joy, and treat every "quick little fix" as the lie it is.

Product Engineering
Full-stack builds with Laravel, Next.js, and Node — taking ideas from a whiteboard sketch to production traffic.
Architecture & Teams
Leading engineering at CODECONY: designing systems that scale with the roadmap, and growing the people who run them.
DevOps & Security
CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Linux. Shipping fast without breaking trust — reliability and security as defaults, not afterthoughts.

Bring me the idea everyone else called impossible.
Or that "tiny 5-minute fix" — sure, I've heard that one before. Inbox is open either way.
